By placing an order with Your Vacation Shirts Suck, you agree to the following terms.
Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if there is a pricing, product, or payment-processing error.
Made-to-Order Products
Our shirts are produced on demand after an order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Product Images and Colors
Product mockups are provided to show the general appearance of the item. Actual colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment size, and the printing process.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the available size chart before placing an order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for an incorrect size selection unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for additional details.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product descriptions, branding, graphics, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Your Vacation Shirts Suck and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
